Introduction of surface treatment coating for vacuum coating machine
1. Penetrating surface treatment coating
The basic principle of penetrating surface treatment coatings is to use a highly penetrating resin as the base, combined with polar solvents and penetrants to make the coating have good performance and enhance the adhesion of the coating.
2. Stable surface treatment coating
The basic principle of stable surface treatment coatings is mainly based on the reaction between the active raw materials in the coating and the active ingredients in the rust layer. The more active raw materials used are zinc oxide,
Zinc phosphate, zinc chromate, barium chromate, organic nitrogen base chromate, calcium chromate, aluminum tripolyphosphate, some formulas also add sodium nitrite, and some think that adding strontium chromate is necessary.
3. Conversion type surface treatment coating
Conversion type surface treatment paint is also called reactive rust paint. This type of paint does not contain film-forming substances, and because of this, additional primers are required. If it contains film-forming substances, it is called rust conversion primer.
Precautions for vacuum coating machine
1. The equipment must be grounded reliably, and the conductive effect of the grounding device must be checked frequently.
2. The diffusion pump and the oil booster pump must be connected to the cooling water before heating, and the pump stops working, but the cooling water must not be cut off when the pump is cooled to below 80 degrees Celsius to prevent the pump core from burning.
3. When the diffusion pump and the oil booster pump are heated, do not contact the atmosphere to avoid oxidation of the pump oil.
Application of vacuum coating machine
1. Flexible packaging in the food industry: biscuits and bakery products, candy, coffee, tea, chocolate bar, soup, high barrier film;
2. Decoration: gift packaging, trademarks, hot stamping foil, holographic, etc.;
3. A variety of technologies and daily necessities: aluminized wire in the textile industry, sunscreen film in the construction and automobile industries, security and anti-counterfeiting (holographic), capacitive film, electrostatic shielding (cables and electronics)
